How to get there:
There are a few ways to get to the Rara lake from Kathmandu. You can catch a bus on this route from and take to reach 16-20 hours or you can go Kathmandu to Thalcha Airport. You can also rent a jeep privately but you will have to pay more. They will take you down to the lake as soon as the bus or jeep is going and you have to walk about 25 minutes from there.
