Davis Falls in Pokhara
One of the attractions of Pokhara is a small waterfall called Davis Falls. The name of this fountain is a short history. History shows that there is a dam on one side of Davis Falls and the water was controlled by the dam when the water flow was not very much in the falls. And a couple were bathing in the falls water when the dam was opened, and the woman lost it in the water stream. His body was recovered three days later.
The Nepalese government later surrounded the site by the railing and the woman named the fountain was Named Davis Falls.
Opposite Davis falls in Pokhara city is the Mahendra Cave, named after the late King Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahadev. The Followers of Hinduism in Nepal have placed the statue of their main war God, Mahadev, inside the cave and there is a priest.
