Minced Meat 1 cup
Potato half kg
Onion chopped (fried) half cup
Black Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Rock salt 1 teaspoon
Salt to tastes
Soya Sauce 1 teaspoon
Hot spicy masala powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste half teaspoon
Garlic paste ¼ teaspoon
Onion chopped ½ cup
Green chili chopped 2 tablespoons
Mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
Toast biscuit powder 1 and ½ cup
Oil as needed.
After boiling the potatoes, remove the pickles and finely mashed in a saucepan. Then add fried onion chopped, black pepper powder, salt, and rock salt and mix well with potato mashed. Now it divided into 8-10 parts.
Boil the minced meat with soya sauce, hot spice masala powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, and a little salt.
