Mutton is most favorite food in the world. It is one of the most protein staple food. It also good source of fact various vitamin and rock sold. It contains 20 to 25 gm protein per 100 gm.
Here is Mutton Keema Kabab recipe
Mutton Keema soft 500 gm
Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato paste 1 tabspoon
Onion chopped 1 and 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped 1 tabspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt and Oil as needed
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Green chili chopped, Ginger paste , garlic paste, salt mix with mutton Keema and take it for 2 hours. After that make round or long shape (as your wish).
Than hot oil in a pan . Put mutton Keema kabab shape one by one. When it brown color than remove from pan. Now onion fried and when it golden color than mix tomato paste, chili powder mix well and put it fried mutton Keema Kabab. Mix well and fried in medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Now it remove from heat and mix coriander leaves for garnishing.
