1 Chicken medium size
1 tsp ginger paste
Garlic paste 1 tsp

Vinegar 4 tsp

Bell paper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
- First, clean the chicken and make 4 pieces or above of your choice.
- Now, soak the chicken in a bowl with vinegar for about 2 hours.
- Then take off the vinegar and wash it with fresh water.
- Add the onion, ginger, garlic, saffron, and leave it for an hour again for the marinate.

Cinnamon 2 pieces
Almonds paste 2 tbsp
Raisins 15 to 20
Green chili r 5 to 6
Common plum 4 to 5
