Cauliflower & Roi fish curry
Cauliflower & Roi fish curry is one of the local dishes of Bangladesh. Although cauliflower cultivates in the winter season, but now we can get it in always. Urban or local people like this curry.
Here’s the recipe for Cauliflower & Roi fish curry recipe.
1.Cauliflower & Roi fish
Roi fish 8-10 pieces
Cauliflower bud 12-14
Onion paste 2 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder ½ teaspoon
Chili powder 1 teaspoon or less (as your taste)
1 Tomato ( cut into small pieces)
Oil 1 cup
Water as needed
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
3-4 green chili
Coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon
At first, the fish washed well and mix a little amount of turmeric powder and salt and fry the fish until light.
Now fry the cauliflower buds and then keep aside.
Now add onion chopped, tomato, and other ingredients.
Stirring about 2-3 minutes then add the fried cauliflower and add some water. It’s maybe 1-2 cups. Now cooks it for 3-4 minutes.
After that add fried fish and cook again 3-4 minutes. When it will be blooms then add green chili, coriander leaves chopped, and cumin powder.
After 2-3 minutes remove from heat.
Now serve it.
2.Cauliflower with Roi fish
Ruiz Fish 8 pieces
Onion chopped 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder half a teaspoon
5 green chili
Chili powder half a teaspoon
Cumin powder half a teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Water and Salt is like to amount
Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric and fry it.
Cut and wash the cauliflower and potato pieces. Fry the onion in a pan until golden. Now give cauliflower and potatoes.
Add the chilies, garlic paste, cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt, and a little water.
When the water starts boiling, cover it with the top fish.
Add the green chili before turn off sprinkle the cumin powder.
